COURAGE!
Courage is a heart word. The root word for courage is "cor", the latin word for heart. Courage comes from the heart and cannot be separate from it. Courage is known to be the ability to do something that frightens one, to have strength in the face of pain, sadness or fear. Thus, courage is not the absence of what is scary, but it is in the face of it. If there is nothing to fear, there is nothing that makes you courageous. Courage in God, is a choice to choose to be strong and brave to trust God in our hearts and do what is right to please God and help others. Courage comes from a heart that follows God! Thus, a life with God, is a life of courage!
Series Aim: To understand that Courage is a choice to be strong and brave enough to do the right thing that pleases God and can help people. :)
