Focus 2021: PIVOT
New Norm, Same God
The world around us is always changing and things are never certain as we never know what will happen in the future. Yet there is one thing that never changes and: Jesus and the truth of His love for us on the cross, and the power that brought Him back to life. Nothing can change the fact of Jesus’ love and power and thus, we can trust in Jesus despite the changing world. Jesus is the truth, the hope we can hold on to and trust in to keep us safe and rooted, even when difficult times come our way.

Series Aim: To understand that even through the uncertainties of our changing world, we can trust in an unchanging Jesus who gives us Hope!
⚠️ Note to Teachers: From now to the coming year 2021, our church will be taking on the focus of PIVOT: New Norm, Same God. While it might not be easy to get our kids to understand at first, it can happen if we all speak and communicate the same language, explaining clearly and patiently. Please be sure to read the Word Study closely, as well as pay attention to how we define and explain certain words to the children in the Glossary (within Word Study). Together, we can help the children to understand more about the unchangeable nature of our God and how He gives us strength to change and work with changes! :)
